It is time once again to take a survey about our school. In the last several years, we have not gotten enough responses from parents to get your survey information. The parent survey requires 20% of parents to participate in order for the school to receive your feedback summary. PLEASE take the time to fill out the survey. It closes on March 13th. Pictures of our Lost and Found items have been posted on our Facebook page. When you have a moment, please take a look to see if any of the items belong to your student. If you spot something, you can comment on the post or contact the office, and we will gladly send it home with your child. If you are attending Parent-Teacher Conferences tonight, please be sure to stop by and check out the Lost and Found table as well.
We have started our Fannie May fundraiser. Order forms went home yesterday and are due back on February 24th. Our goal is to sell 450 items! Please help our school meet this goal.

This is just a reminder that sports pictures for basketball (grades 4-8), cheerleading, and volleyball are tomorrow. Please make sure your athlete brings their uniform to school.
It will cost 4 dollars for adults to get into the Vermillion South Volleyball Tournament tomorrow.
This is a reminder that tomorrow we will be having a pizza party only for those students who do not have missing work in grades 5-8. Students must also be passing all of their classes.

Good afternoon Saunemin Families. Because of the forecasted temperatures and wind chill, Saunemin will have an E-Learning day tomorrow, Monday, 1/26. Students were sent home on Thursday with materials they would need for Monday. Please be sure to follow the specific plans for each teacher that can be found on the website using the link that was sent out on Thursday afternoon.

Reminder: There will be no school on Monday, January 19, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Classes will resume on Tuesday, January 20. We hope you enjoy the extended weekend.
Scholastic bowl practice will start next week on Tuesday from 3-4pm. This is for students in grades 5-8 and they will practice every Tuesday and Thursday.
Please plan to join us this afternoon from 2-6 for our chili cook off sponsored by the PTO. This event is being held in the cafeteria.
