Welcome to Jr. High Science

Welcome back to school. It will be an exciting new year with many new challenges for each Junior High class. The sixth grade will focus on Earth Science, starting with the Changing Earth's Surface. They will spend time making maps and understanding how the surface of the earth changes over time. The seventh grade will focus on Life Science. They will study how organisms are related to each other as well as how they interact. The eighth grade will focus on Physical Science. They will initially work on the chemical make up of things and then work on the physical properties of things we use every day.
